Project Heha is dedicated to “creating a happier world” through “learn, practice and coach” and advocating the idea of “We>I”.

(3) Project Heha shall not be responsible for any damages resulting from unavailability of services, whether wholly or partially, due to wrong or false information provided by user, user’s failure to provide information as instructed, or the lack of necessary information.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, Project Heha shall have the absolute discretion to remove content or request deletion if the content, views and opinions provided by users are as described in paragraph 4(b) above, or the content is infringing, slanderous, destructive, unlawful, offensive or found unfit for Project Heha’s philosophy and relevant laws and regulations, and shall have the right to terminate or suspend users’ access to the Website without prior notice.

a. These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong.

In case of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
